Rose Superbloom Raspberry Ice Cream

The ultimate summer treat... ice cream! Although ice cream can be enjoyed all year round, it has a special place in our hearts during the summertime. This Rose Superbloom Raspberry Ice Cream is delicate and creamy, making this the dreamiest ice cream we could ever ask for! Our brand ambassador Renee @foodie_renee crafted this beautiful ice cream and adding Suncore Foods® Rose Petals makes it even more lovely. Ingredients

1/4 cup Suncore Foods® Rose Petal
1/4 whole milk (plant based milk)
1/3 cup yogurt
1/2 cup raspberry
2 cups heavy cream (coconut full fat milk)
1/3 cup honey
1/4 tsp Suncore Foods® Rose Salt


Directions

1. In a saucepan, add milk and rose petal and bring to boil. Turn off the heat and cover with a lid, set aside.

2. Blend the raspberry with yogurt until smooth. Set aside.

3. In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to whip the heavy cream until soft peaks from. On low speed, mix in honey, salt, rose milk and raspberry from step 1 & 2.

4. Pour into a container, cover with plastic wrap. Freeze for at least 6 hours. Enjoy!
