To get your refund, just contact us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll give you your money back. (You’ll see it in your account in about 2-10 business days). It’s as simple as that: no printing out labels, no searching for a package, no shipping tape. You’ve got better things to do.
One last thing: we know our customers are honest, trustworthy people. But to make sure no one takes advantage of our generosity, we’ve set some limitations: Our Happy Customer Guarantee only applies to first-time purchases of a product. Basically, if someone seems to be abusing the guarantee, we can decide not to honor it at our discretion.
Suncore Foods offers free (contiguous US only) shipping via FedEx Ground or USPS on orders of $20 or more. Orders below $20 will incur a flat shipping charge of $7.99.

Hawaii & Alaska, Other US Territories, and International Orders:
Although we do ship non-contiguous states and US territories or internationally, residents in those states/countries may find shipping cost prohibitive. We recommend you contact us to get a quote before placing your order. Transit time for international shipments is 3-4 weeks on average. All applicable duties, customs, tariffs, and brokerage fees must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
We also ship to PO boxes depending on the size of the box. Please contact us prior to ordering.

Once released, shipping is out of the control of Suncore Foods and thus we cannot guarantee a specific arrival time in an event of severe weather. Suncore Foods is not responsible for lost or stolen goods, product that has been left out for extended periods of time or other unrelated delays. Additionally, Suncore Foods cannot be held responsible for damaged or compromised boxes due to the following reasons:
