Holiday Season: During all holiday seasons, please expect a delay of up to 10 business days for US orders. For all domestic and international shipments, please see our policies below. We appreciate your understanding and support.
UPS Shipping: Pick up every Tuesday and Friday only.
Fulfillment: Orders placed after 10:00 am PST will ship until the next business day.
DOMESTIC USA SHIPPING
Expedited Shipping: Any guaranteed expedited services can come upon delays if it involves severe weather and unprecedented events. Under these circumstances, we cannot grant refunds for failed expedited services.
Shipping Transit & Delays: Once the package is in transit, shipping is out of the control of Suncore Foods, and we cannot guarantee a specific arrival time in the event of severe weather or other unprecedented events. Suncore Foods is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been left out for extended periods of time or other unrelated delays. Additionally, Suncore Foods cannot be held responsible for damaged or compromised boxes due to the following reasons: Incorrect address – We ship to the exact address you enter at checkout. Please double-check that your address is correct before submitting your order. Please contact us if the order has the incorrect address as soon as possible before the order is shipped. No refund will be granted for an incorrect address once the order is shipped.
Shipping Insurance: An option to purchase shipping insurance for your order may be selected through SHIP INSURANCE before checkout your cart. If the 'SHIP INSURANCE' was purchased for your order, all shipments that are stolen, lost, and carrier-related damage claims will be made through connect@suncorefoods.com within 10 days after delivery. Without purchasing shipping insurance through the carrier or through SHIP INSURANCE, all shipments that are stolen, lost, and carrier-related damage claims will not be approved and there will be no claim available to be made plus no refund. Suncore Foods is not responsible for lost or stolen packages without shipping insurance, and additionally, Suncore Foods cannot be held responsible for damaged or compromised boxes due to incorrect addresses. No refund will be granted for the incorrect address.

When choosing economy shipping services without any added insurance, you are placing an order with limited tracking visibility and no protection against loss or damage. All shipments that are stolen, lost, and carrier-related damage claims will not be refunded. We want to emphasize, Suncore Foods is not and cannot be held responsible due to economy shipping services with no added insurance. No refund will be granted without added insurance when choosing economy shipping services.

Custom Orders & Additional Shipping Information: We also ship to domestic PO boxes depending on the size of the box. Please contact us prior to ordering.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international Orders Are Non-Refundable & Are Final Sales: We ask our international customers to read and do their due diligence to ensure your order is processed and shipped. Once your order is received, we send an email for your acknowledgment of our shipping policies. If your country name is not on the list, please contact us for more information. Countries not listed are possibly due to customs restrictions on food products. There may be special requirements for your country to import food products. Purchase at the discretion of the country's import law. We do not have transportation visibility of shipments beyond the United States.
No Free Shipping for International Orders: At this time, because of high shipping costs, we do not offer free shipping for all international orders. We recommend using our shipping calculator to get an estimated shipping fee. Import Fees: Custom, Duties, VAT, and Taxes. Checkout prices do not include import fees (duties, customs, tariffs, import, tax, VAT, brokerage fees, and not limited to) and are not collected at the checkout cart. Some shipping carriers may denote an estimated import fee as a convenience, but whether one carrier may denote an estimated import fee and another does not, ultimately, international customers are responsible to pay for custom taxes and duties when the package arrives at its destination. A refusal to pay for the import fees means the package is lost to the customs authority. We do not grant refunds on refusals to pay for the import fees.

Transit: Transit of packages may arrive later than estimated due to unforeseen circumstances. Economy shipping services have more of an impact due to government restrictions and their policies with the postal carriers. We appreciate your understanding and support. Transit time for international shipments varies on the carrier selected and does not include customs clearance time.
Holiday Closures: Our office will close on weekends and holidays listed below. Orders for the USA and international orders will not be processed or shipped on these days.
