• All wholesale orders are made to order, as we do not maintain overstock or inventory for immediate purchase. Therefore, please expect a minimum lead time of 7-14 business days, which may vary. We encourage you to consult with us for more specifics.

• Once you submit your payment, all wholesale orders are considered final. We maintain a strict no-refund policy; therefore, once the order has been placed or shipped, we cannot accommodate any returns, exchanges, or buybacks.

• While we do not provide complimentary samples, we invite you to explore our products directly through our online store or platforms such as Amazon and iHerb.

• For orders shipped on the customer’s account, we will include insurance unless otherwise directed. Please note that waiving insurance means accepting all responsibility for any damages, lost packages, or other factors during shipping. Suncore Foods cannot be held liable for these occurrences.

• The acceptance of your order is contingent upon your agreement to our Terms and Conditions as specified in the invoice. These terms constitute the sole binding agreement between both parties.

• We kindly ask that you review all details carefully and inform us of any inaccuracies before fully committing to your order. If Suncore Foods do not receive corrections via email, we will assume that all provided information is accurate.

• We require all wholesale orders to be paid in advance, as we do not offer payment net terms.

• We encourage you to review each product’s specifications, quantities, prices, and shipping addresses detailed in the invoice to ensure accuracy.

• Proper storage temperatures for all products are indicated on our packaging, and the responsibility for the shipping method rests with the customer. All orders are shipped FOB from Orange County, California.

• Any Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) provided is based on the best available information and is offered in good faith. Please be aware that external factors may affect delivery dates, and we will keep you informed of any necessary updates.

• For international orders, all associated shipping fees—including customs duties, tariffs, taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees—are **NONREFUNDABLE** and must be settled by the customer upon delivery.

• We also want to remind you that there is a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for our wholesale program. For businesses that are in the process of scaling, smaller quantities are available for purchase directly from our online store, such as 12-pack single bags and 1 lb bags.
