Unicorn Rainbow Ice Cream

Ingredients

1 can of full coconut milk
Coconut cream from 1 can of full fat coconut milk
2 tubs of whipped cream
1/3 cup of agave syrup
3/4 tsp of vanilla extract
1 1/4 tsp of Suncore Foods® Red Beet Supercolor Powder
4 tsp of Suncore Foods® Sparkly Amber Passion Fruit Supercolor Flakes and 3 tsp of Suncore Foods® Orange Carrot Supercolor Powder
1 1/2 tsp of Suncore Foods® Pink Pitaya Supercolor Powder
2 tsp of Suncore Foods® Premium Mirodi Jade Matcha Supercolor Powder
1 tsp of Suncore Foods® Ebony Carrot Supercolor Powder
2 tsp of Suncore Foods® Sapphire Wolfberry Supercolor Powder
1/4 tsp of Suncore Foods® Blue Butterfly Pea Supercolor Powder

Directions

1. In a blender combine coconut milk, coconut cream, whip cream, agave, and vanilla. Blend until well combined and smooth.

2. Separate mixture into 8 bowls. Add a color to each bowl and whisk well to combine.

3. Pour a dollop of each color into a large dish. Add dollops randomly into bowl until finished. With a skewer swirl colors together.

4. Place dish in freezer for at least 4 hours. Once ice cream is ready serve and enjoy!
