Maybe The Least Recognized Superfood

First, this is a juice powder, which means it’s more concentrated, and why it makes a good dye. What most buyers are missing, it seems, is its amazing nutritional benefits, which is the only reason I’m using it. I’m an aging athlete, 72, and still lift weights for 3hrs without resting every other day. I used to cross-train for 4hrs every day in my 60s, but now need a day of rest in between workouts for recovery.
