Quinoa Flakes Porridge:
⅓ cup Suncore Foods® Snow Quinoa Flakes
½ cup water
½ cup cashew milk
1 tsp Suncore Foods® White Chia Seeds
½ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp pure vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Suncore Foods® Goji Berries
Suncore Foods® Hemp Seeds
2. Bring ingredients to a boil, and then reduce to low heat. Allow Suncore Foods® Snow Quinoa Flakes to cook for high heat 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then, remove from heat and let thicken for a few minutes.
3. Transfer porridge to a bowl and add your favorite toppings.
