Quinoa Flake Porridge

⅓ cup Suncore Foods® Organic Quinoa Flakes
½ cup water
½ cup cashew milk
1 tsp ground flaxseeds
½ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp pure vanilla extract
Pinch of salt (or Suncore Foods® Rose Salt)

1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the quinoa flakes, water, cashew milk, ground flaxseeds, ground cinnamon, pure vanilla extract, and salt.
2. Bring ingredients to a boil, and then reduce to low heat. Allow quinoa flakes to cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then, remove from heat and let thicken for a few minutes.
3. Transfer porridge to a bowl and add your favorite toppings.
