2 cups Suncore Foods® Royal Rainbow Quinoa
1 cup Suncore Foods Rainbow Kaniwa Seeds
6 cups water
3 tbsp coconut oil
4 tbsp maple syrup
2/3 cup chopped pecans
1/2 tsp Suncore Foods® Rose Salt
1 cup berries of choice
1/2 cup Suncore Foods® Toasted Coconut Chips
1. Add water, quinoa, and kaniwa to a large pot. Bring to a boil, and then reduce to medium low and simmer for about 20 minutes, or until liquid has been fully absorbed. Stir in coconut oil, maple, salt, pecans, berries, and coconut flakes.
2. Serve topped with more berries and coconut flakes. Enjoy!
