Made with Suncore Foods® Lilac Taro Yam Powder which adds soft velvety flavor and cozy vibe combined with Suncore Foods® Black Chia Seeds! Each layer is stacked with delicious sweet flavors that complements each other!
Ingredients

Purple Chia Layer:
1/4 cup Suncore Foods® Black Chia Seeds
1 1/2 cup plant milk
2 tbsp syrup of choice
1 tbsp Suncore Foods® Lilac Taro Yam Powder
White Chia Layer:
1/8 cup Suncore Foods® Black Chia Seeds
1/2 cup + 1/8 cup plant milk
1 tbsp syrup of choice
Purple Jelly Layer:
1 cup water
1 tbsp Suncore Foods® Lilac Taro Yam Powder
1 tbsp sugar of choice
1/2 tsp agar agar
White Jelly Layer:
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp agar agar powder
Topping:
Suncore Foods® Red Dragon Fruit Chips
Coconut chips
Directions
1. Purple Chia Layer – Mix everything well in a mason jar; let it rest in chiller overnight.
2. White Chia Layer – Mix everything well in a mason jar; let it rest in the chiller overnight.
3. Purple Jelly Layer – Place everything in a small saucepan; stir to combine well with a wire whisk. Let mixture simmer on medium low heat for 5 minutes. (Stirring constantly). Once ready, pour mixture directly to jars, let them set in the chiller for 10 minutes before making the next layer.
4. White Jelly Layer – Place all ingredients in a small saucepan; cook mixture on medium low heat until sugar and agar agar have completely melted. Gently pour over purple jelly Layer. Let them set in the chiller for 10 minutes before assembling the parfait. Enjoy!
