1 cup vanilla oat milk
1 cup coconut cream
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
½ cup vegan caramel syrup (or maple syrup)
1½ tsp Suncore Foods® Cerise Prickly Pear Supercolor Powder
4½ tbs corn starch
½ tsp agar agar powder
9 tbs plant-milk
4” tart pans
1. Blend together vanilla oat milk, coconut cream, vanilla extract, caramel syrup and Prickly Pear Supercolor until smooth and very well combined. You should have approx. 3 cups of mixture.
2. Dissolve corn starch and agar agar powder in 9 tbs of plant-milk. Transfer panna cotta mixture to a saucepan and mix in the corn starch solution. Bring to boil while stirring regularly and simmer until the mixture starts to thicken, approx. 5-7 minutes. Stir regularly and don’t allow for the mixture to stick to the bottom of the pan.
3. Immediately transfer mixture into mini tart pans and refrigerate for minimum 2 hours up to overnight.
