Candy Corn Popsicles
We're putting a little twist on the classic Halloween candy with these cool and colorful Candy Corn Popsicles! These are an absolute MUST for your Halloween celebration!

Ingredients
For the white layer:
½ cup of full fat coconut milk
1 tbs of agave syrup
For the orange layer:
⅛ cup shredded carrot
1 mango
1 tbs of Suncore Foods® Sparkly Amber Passion Fruit Supercolor Flakes
2 tsp of Suncore Foods® Orange Carrot Supercolor Powder
½ cup of water
For the yellow layer:
½ cup of frozen pineapple
2 tsp of Suncore Foods® Sparkly Amber Passion Fruit Supercolor Flakes
½ cup of water
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients for the white layer into a blender and blend until combined. Pour into a popsicle mold filling 1/3 of the way. Place in the freezer until almost frozen.
2. Combine all ingredients for the orange layer into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds leaving space for the yellow layer. Place mold back in the freezer.
3. Combine all ingredients for yellow into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into molds and then add popsicle sticks. Freeze for at least 4 hours. Serve and enjoy.
