Witch's Brew Polyjuice Potion Cocktail

It is truly bewitching and simple to made—with a little drop of lemon, gin, and our Suncore Foods® Blue Butterfly Pea Powder. The acid from the lemon turns the butterfly pea powder magical potion from a vibrant royal blue to a deep purple, they are just magical. Give this magical potion a try for Halloween! Ingredients
Yield 1 drink
1 oz gin
½ oz St. Germain elderflower liqueur
4 oz sparkling water
½ oz lemon juice
½ oz simple syrup
¼ tsp Suncore Foods® Blue Butterfly Pea Powder
Directions
1. Add the Suncore Foods® Blue Butterfly Pea Powder to the sparkling water and whisk until dissolved. It will fizz up a bit, so use a tall glass or liquid measuring cup so you don't make a mess.
2. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice and add the gin, St. Germain and simple syrup. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
3. Add in the sparkling water mixture and shake gently for a few seconds, just to combine, then pour into a glass over ice.
4. Slowly pour in lemon juice, then stir and watch your cocktail turn from vibrant blue into a deep purple/pink!
