Sunset Tequila Blue Butterfly Drink

Ingredients
1 quart of coconut water
1/8 tsp of Suncore Foods® Blue Butterfly Pea Powder
Juice of 1 lime
4 shots of tequila
Directions
1. In a pitcher combine coconut water and Suncore Foods® Blue Butterfly Pea Powder. Whisk well and set aside.
2. Juice lime into a small glass. Once ready serve drinks by pouring lime juice followed by tequila to create your own tequila sunset. Enjoy!
