Simply by mixing Suncore Foods® Ultra Violet Pancake Supermix with a splash of vanilla oat milk, and a dash of Suncore Foods® Hemp Seeds topped it off with Suncore Foods® Toasted Coconut Chips & Cacao Nibs, you too can achieve this stack of violet perfection. Delicious and all natural breakfast in a few easy steps!

Ingredients

Pancakes:
1.5 cups Suncore Foods® Ultra Violet Pancake Supermix
1.5 cups vanilla oat milk
3 tbs Suncore Foods® Hemp Seeds

Toppings:
1/3 cup coconut whipped cream
¼ tsp Suncore Foods® Aqua Blue Spirulina Supercolor Powder
1/3 cup Suncore Foods® Toasted Coconut Chips
1-2 tbs Suncore Foods® Cacao Nibs

Directions

1. Combine milk and hemp seeds in a large bowl and set aside for 10 minutes. Once ready, mix in pancake supermix and follow package instructions thereon to cook the pancakes.

2. In a small bowl, combine whipped cream and blue spirulina powder. Once the pancakes are ready, generously spread the whipped cream over the pancakes and sprinkle with coconut chips and cacao nibs.
