Soft Blue Butterfly Pea Milk Pudding

Milk Pudding:
1 cup milk of choice
4 tbsp condensed milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp agar agar powder 
with a punch of Suncore Foods® Rose Salt

For the Blue Butterfly Pea Milk Pudding:
1/3 cup hot water
1-2 tsp Suncore Foods® Butterfly Pea Flowers Superbloom


For the Blue Butterfly Pea Milk Pudding — Add butterfly pea flowers to hot water, let sit for 10 mins. Use a spoon to press the flowers against the bottom of the cup so they release more color. Discard the flowers once the color is vivid enough. Add 1/4 cup of butterfly pea flower tea to milk and mix well. Add mixture and condensed milk to a saucepan, bring up to a boil. Add agar powder and cook until dissolved, whisking constantly. Add in vanilla and salt, continue to simmer for 1 minute. Turn off the heat . Pour mixture into mold. Refrigerate until set.
