Red Currant Pink Pitaya Protein Smoothie
Kick start your day with a boost of protein and a pop of color!
3 tsp Suncore Foods® Pink Pitaya Powder
¼ teaspoon protein powder of choice
1 cup of frozen red currants
1 ½ cup frozen strawberries
1 cup soy yogurt
1 cup of plant milk
1. In a blender, place red currants, strawberry, yogurt, milk, vanilla and hibiscus powder. And blend until pureed. Garnish your smoothie with fresh red currants.
