Rainbow Supercolor Chia Seed Pudding Parfaits

A great go-to snack to keep in the fridge that is fun and looks like a rainbow but packed with all the delicious that are good for you! Who knew breakfast could be as much fun as these pretty Rainbow Supercolor Chia Seed Pudding Parfaits?! Made with omega-3 rich chia seeds and antioxidant rich fruits. All the colors are natural and plant derived with more healthy benefits.

Ingredients

Chia Seed Pudding:
1/3 cup Suncore Foods® Chia Seeds
1 cups plant-based milk of choice
½ cup yogurt of choice
2 tsp Suncore Foods® Lilac Taro Supercolor Powder
1 tsp Suncore Foods® Red Velvet Supercolor Powder
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp maple syrup

Topping:
¼ cup yogurt of choice
¼ cup fruit
 ⁣

Directions

1. Add all ingredients except chia seeds to a bowl and whisk to combine. Then evenly divide it into two bowls if using 2 color powders.

2. Add chia seeds to each bowl and whisk to combine. Leave in the fridge for 3 hours or overnight.

3. Spoon into individual serving dish. Add your desired yogurt and toppings.
