Blueberry Purple Sweet Potato Fudge Bars
These Blueberry Purple Sweet Potato Fudge Bars will melt in your mouth in an instant! These dreamy fudge bars using only 4 including Suncore Foods® Indigo Blueberry Powder and Suncore Foods® Purple Sweet Potato Powder to achieve the delicious flavor and the dreamy colors.
Ingredients
400g dairy free white chocolate, melted
320g condensed coconut milk
1/2 cup dried blueberries
1 1/2 tbsp Suncore Foods® Indigo Blueberry Powder
2 tsp Suncore Foods® Purple Sweet Potato Powder
Directions
1. Line a small pan with parchment paper that covers the sides of the pan. Melted chocolate in a double boiler, whisk in condensed coconut milk, Suncore Foods® Indigo Blueberry Powder, and Suncore Foods® Purple Sweet Potato Powder stir until mixture is completely smooth.
2. Stir in dried blueberries, then quickly transfer the mixture to the lined pan and spread evenly.
3. Place pan in the freezer to set, about 2-4 hours. Cut the fudge into squares. Store fudge in an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 1 week. Enjoy!
