A beautiful sight, we're happy tonight, dining in a winter wonderland! These beautiful 5-Minutes Blue Coconut Jelly & Panna Cotta will make your dinner table look like a winter wonderland. For these beautiful and rich shades of blue, we are using Suncore Foods® Aqua Blue Spirulina Supercolor Powder. Panna Cotta can be prepared ahead of time and kept in the fridge; these are perfect for dinner parties, and gatherings. Please don't get fooled by their look; these Coconut Jelly & Panna Cotta are a quick dessert to put together, and yet it looks worthy of a five-star restaurant. Grab our Aqua Blue Spirulina Supercolor Powder for that wow factor & enjoy!

Ingredients

Panna Cotta:
200 ml coconut milk
150 ml coconut water
3 tbsp caster sugar
1 tsp agar agar powder
1/2 tsp Suncore Foods® Rose Salt
1 tsp Suncore Foods® Aqua Blue Spirulina Supercolor Powder + 1 tsp water

Coconut Jelly:
350 ml coconut water
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp Suncore Foods® Aqua Blue Spirulina Supercolor Powder + 1/2 tsp water
2 tsp agar agar powder

 

Directions

1. To Make the Panna Cotta —Dissolve blue spirulina powder with water, set aside. Place all ingredients in a small saucepan, gently stir to combine well.
Cook mixture on medium low heat (stirring constantly to prevent the bottom burning) until sugar and agar agar have completely resolved then bring mixture to a boil for about a minute. Turn the heat off. Transfer mixture to desired pan. Let it chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours before serving. 

2. Repeat the same for the jelly. Enjoy!
