Pink Dough:
50g glutinous rice flour
45g water
15g sugar of choice
1/4 - 1/2 tsp Suncore Foods® Red Beet Powder

Plain Dough:
50g glutinous flour
45g water
15g sugar of choice


1. In a bowl, add glutinous rice flour, sugar, and water. Knead until it forms into a ball. Roll out the dough and cut it into small pieces. Roll the pieces into a ball.

2. In a pot, add in water, bring it to a simmer on medium heat. Add in the rice balls and cook for 3-4 minutes or until it floats.
