2 cup chickpeas (soaked overnight)
1 cup split broad beans (soaked overnight)
6-7 garlic cloves
1.5 tbsp falafel spice
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tbsp salt
Bunch of cilantro
1 tbsp baking powder (use before air-frying)
Avocado oil (for air- frying)
5 tbsp tahini
4 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp water
A pinch of salt
