Kaniwa Breakfast Bowl
Breakfast goals in the early morning sunshine! These Kaniwa Breakfast Bowls are a delicious way to switch things up from your daily dose of quinoa. There's nothing like a good bowl of nutty, crunchy, creamy, super tasty kaniwa topped with yummy fruits and toppings! The great thing about Kaniwa Breakfast Bowls is they're customizable! You can add your favorite toppings and it will taste amazing!

¾ cup Suncore Foods® Rainbow Kaniwa Seeds
1 tbsp coconut oil
1½-2 tbsp maple syrup
¾ tsp cinnamon
⅛ tsp fine sea salt (or Suncore Foods® Rose Salt)
1. Cook Kaniwa according to package directions.
2. When it’s done, stir in coconut oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt.
3. Spoon into bowls and top with nut butter, fresh fruit, hemp seeds, and coconut chips. Enjoy!
