Ingredients
Ruby Red Fruit Snacks:
½ cup apple juice (not from concentrate)
1 tbsp honey
¼ tsp Suncore Foods® Ruby Red Radish Powder
12g beef gelatin
½ cup apple juice (not from concentrate)

Directions
1. Ruby Red Fruit Snacks — In a small saucepan, combine the apple juice and honey. Warm gently over low heat until the mixture reaches 120°F. Remove from heat and immediately whisk in the Suncore Foods® Ruby Red Radish Powder until fully dissolved. Sprinkle the gelatin evenly over the surface and whisk until smooth and fully incorporated. Pour the mixture into silicone molds. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
2. Aqua Blue Fruit Snacks — Combine apple juice and honey in a saucepan. Heat gently to 120°F. Remove from heat and stir in the Suncore Foods® Aqua Blue Spirulina Powder until evenly colored. Sprinkle the gelatin on top and whisk until fully dissolved and smooth. Pour into silicone molds and chill for 2 hours, or until set. Keep stored in the fridge for up to 1 week.
3. Purple Fruit Snacks — In a saucepan, heat the apple juice and honey over low heat until it reaches 120°F, then remove from heat. Whisk in the Suncore Foods® Cosmos Red Cabbage Powder and lemon juice. The color will shift to a vibrant purple. Mix until fully blended. Sprinkle the gelatin over the mixture and whisk thoroughly until smooth. Pour into silicone molds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Keep stored in the fridge for up to 1 week.
