Homemade Fruit Gummies

Happy Friday, everyone! We're ready to kick off the weekend with a burst of flavor! Treat yourself to our Homemade Fruit Gummies, made simply with just four natural . These delightful little bites can be crafted using your favorite fresh fruits and Suncore Foods® Powders (Ebony Carrot, Pink Pitaya and Red Beet) for an added twist of vibrant color and unique flavors—no artificial coloring here! Let your creativity shine as you mold these gummies into fun shapes that are as exciting to make as they are to eat. The possibilities are endless and perfect for everyone looking for a healthier candy alternative.

Ingredients

Blueberry Purple Carrot Gummies:
130g fresh blueberries
1 teaspoon Suncore Foods® Ebony Carrot Powder
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin powder

Strawberry Pitaya Gummies:
130g fresh strawberries
1 teaspoon Suncore Foods® Pink Pitaya Powder
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin powder

Orange Beet Gummies:
130g oranges
1 teaspoon Suncore Foods® Red Beet Powder
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin powder

Directions

1. In a small blender or food processor, blend blueberries, Suncore Foods® Ebony Carrot Powder and honey until well-blended and smooth.

2. Pour fruit puree mixture into a small saucepan. Evenly sprinkle gelatin over the top and let sit for 5minutes.

3. Place over medium-low heat and stirring with a silicone spatula, heat until the gelatin dissolves and the mixture reaches 120 degrees fahrenheit (°F).

4. Lightly spray your silicone molds with avocado oil or any neutral cooking spray. Use a dropper or spoon to fill the molds, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

5. Repeat with the other flavors.

6 Once set, gently remove the fruit gummies from the molds and place on a wire rack. Let the gummies sit at room temperature for 8 hours or overnight. The gummies will dry out and become more firm. Transfer toan airtight container and store in the fridge for 1 to 2 weeks.
