Ingredients
3 citrus fruits peeled, cut, and seeds removed (grapefruit, tangerine and cara cara orange or blood orange)
1 carrot chopped fine
1 tbsp honey
1 cup coconut milk or coconut yogurt
1 cup water
1/2 ginger peeled and sliced
1/4 tsp turmeric
2-3 tsp Suncore Foods® Yellow Goldenberry Powder
Directions
1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
2. Adjust the sweetness by tasting and adding more honey. Serve immediately.
