Ingredients
To Make Popcorn:
2 tbsp olive oil
80 grams corn kennel
1/2 tsp salt
Aqua Blue Spirulina Syrup:
120 grams cane sugar/regular sugar
80 ml water
1 tsp Suncore Foods® Aqua Blue Spirulina Powder
Directions
1. Heat up oil in a large pop; once oil starts to sizzle, add in popcorn, stir to combine well.
2. Close the lit, let them pop on very low heat. Lift up and shake the pot occasionally.
4. Once they are all popped; sprinkle pink salt, stir to combine well.
5. To make syrup, simply place all ingredients in a small saucepan & cook on low heat until sugar is dissolved.
6. Pour mixture over popcorn, stir to combine.
7. Transfer them to a large baking tray lined with parchment paper. Enjoy!
