Great for cravings and portion control.

I made little pancakes and they are perfect and delicious. I love that it’s so convenient, so I can just quickly make a little pancake for myself without having to make and eat a large batch. I added coconut milk and a little yogurt and just mix it with a spoon to get a thickness of the batter that I like. Simple, convenient, flavorful, and perfect for portion control. I’m a fan.

Wanted to like this more than I did

I’ve tried different products from Suncore in the past. And really wanted to like these blue pancakes. The color is very vibrant when you mix it but it loses a little color when you cook the pancakes. The taste is okay but we did try a different flavor and we preferred that taste over the blue ones. The pancakes are a little thinner than when we use other pancake mixes. You can adjust that a little with how much water you are mixing in. We’ve even use this mix to make crepes. The price is just kind of high for what you get. I know these are premium ingredients but it would be nice if the price would come down a little bit. We only purchased some because this was about half on sale making it more affordable.

Fun and colorful but okay taste

Very vivid and colorful, they looked really fun! I didn’t really like the taste but I have to realized that part of that could be user error. I’m lactose intolerant and these had no dairy and didn’t make me feel nauseous like common buttermilk pancakes do :)
