Pink Fairyland Jasmine Iced Tea With Pink Crystal Jelly
1 1/2 cups hot boiling water
2 tsp Suncore Foods® Jasmine Flowers
2 tsp sugar
1. Jasmine Tea – Pour the hot water over the Suncore Foods® Jasmine Flowers, leave to brew and cover with a lid for 15 minutes. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve. Let cool completely.
2. Crystal Red Beet Jelly — Add water, Suncore Foods® Jasmine Flowers, sugar and Suncore Foods® Red Beet Powder to a saucepan, bring up to a boil. Add agar powder and cook until dissolved. Whisk constantly and continue to simmer for 1 minute. Turn off the heat, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve. Pour jelly into a food container, refrigerate for 1 hour or until set. Cut into cubes.
