Cacao nibs by their nature are bitter - they taste like super dark chocolate with a texture like copped nuts. Such a good source of fiber and great if you’re watching your carbs / sugar!

Best nibs I've tried!

I've tried a few different brands of nibs...these seem the finest so far! No crappy bits that feel like shells. Last night I put some in a tea strainer with peppermint...so good. Today I mixed Pu Ehr tea with peppermint and the nibs...holy wow! So good. And I love them right out of the bag too. Highly recommend.
