1 1/3 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 cup Suncore Foods® Low GI Vanilla Fruits & Vegetables
1/2 tbsp baking powder
1/4 cup coconut yogurt
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 1/3 cups almond milk
1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp vanilla bean extract
1. In a mixing bowl combine flour, protein, and baking powder. Then add the coconut oil, milk, maple syrup, coconut yogurt, vanilla, apple cider vinegar and mix well. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a pan., cook pancake for a couple of minutes until it starts to bubble. Then flip and cook through for another 2-3 minutes. Repeat until all the batter is used.
3. Served warm with maple syrup and fruits. Enjoy!
