Superplant Protein Waffles

Light, fluffy, and packed with protein these waffles will fuel you through your busy morning!

Ingredients

½ cup spelt flour
½ cup oat flour
1 packet Suncore Foods® Low GI Vanilla Fruits & Vegetables Superplant Protein Powder (about 1/3 cup)
½ tbsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 cup almond milk

Directions

1. Combine dry ingredients, set aside.

2. In a small bowl combine wet ingredients and mix well. Pour wet mixture to dry and mix well.

3. Spoon batter into your preheated waffle iron and cook according to your waffle iron's instructions.

4. Serve warm with Suncore Foods® Toasted Coconut Chips + your choice of toppings. Enjoy!
