Make 12-15 Pancakes
Pancakes:
300mL almond milk
150mL soy yoghurt (or any other yogurt)
300g spelt flour
1.5 tbsp Suncore Foods® Emerald Pandan Leaf Powder
2 tsp baking powder
3 tbsp agave syrup
1 flax egg (or regular egg)
Toppings:
300 ml coconut yogurt
1 tsp Suncore Foods® Blue Butterfly Pea Powder
2 tbsp maple syrup
Summer fruits
