Cashew Protein Oatmeal

1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats or Suncore Foods® 100% Organic Quinoa Flakes
1 cup cashew milk
2 tbsp Suncore Foods® Low GI Vanilla Fruits & Vegetables Superplant Protein Powder
1 tbsp cashew butter
2-4 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla
Pinch of Suncore Foods® Rose Salt
Combine oats, milk, protein powder, cashew butter, maple syrup, salt, and cinnamon in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low. Simmer uncovered for 2 to 3 minutes until thickened, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Transfer to a bowl, top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
