Banana Tahini Chia Coconut Donuts

These incredible Banana Chia Coconut Tahini Donuts will make you go bananas! In a good way of course 😉 we betcha' won't be able to eat just one!

Ingredients

Serves 9
paleo, GF, DF, grainfree, no sugar added

3 ripe bananas, mashed
¼ cup tahini or another drippy nut butter
2 pastured eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup coconut flour
¼ cup Suncore Foods 100% Organic White Chia Seeds
½ cup Suncore Foods 100% Organic Toasted Coconut Chips
2 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350℉.

2. Mix wet ingredients {first half of above list} until well combined. Then fold in dry.

3. Pour batter evenly into 9 coconut oil sprayed donut tins {could also try this in muffin tins but you may need to adjust baking time}.

4. Bake for 15 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

5. Let cool. Top with more tahini, coconut butter, and Suncore Foods 100% Organic Toasted Coconut Chips. Enjoy!
